Overcharge isn’t guaranteed to give you info unless the person misses their skill check. Personally, I’d use CoB on fast/teleporting killers and Overcharge on normal/slower ones. The way I see it is that Call of Brine has less regression but offers more consistent regression while Overcharge offers much better regression but isn't guaranteed to hit that point.
